You get what you pay for. These places run for a 2 Bed/1BA 450 to 500. Its cheap, but the landlords try. Ive been here for two years and I never had any issues with the landlord, besides maintenance being a little late, or them having to reschedule, but they're courteous local folks. Pay your note on time, and they wont have any issue with you.
